The Collaboration:

From the outset, Echoes partnered with Volkswagen Group Info Services AG with a clear focus on an OEM-data-first approach to mixed-brand fleet integration. As one of three pilot partners for Fleet Interface Data, Echoes actively contributed to the early access phase, initially working with data from Audi and ŠKODA, and later supporting the full roll-out across six brands, including Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, and CUPRA.

Echoes’ customers were among the first to seamlessly integrate essential data, such as vehicle status, mileage, and maintenance-relevant information, directly into their own fleet management software, without the need for additional retrofit hardware like dongles.
