Introduction
To be able to log in to the Data Hub first register in ONE Business ID . ONE Business ID gives your organisation its own unique access to Volkswagen Group’s digital services for business customers.
ONE Business ID is available to business customers for several countries.
This document should help you to carry out the ONE Business ID Registration, Verification & send Customer ID to GIS process by yourself.
Step ONE
Sign up on the Data Hub
Please note: if you already contacted us and reached this page from our e-mail, please skip this paragraph and start with the next: Registration in ONE BUSINESS ID.
Contact us using this form and request to register to the Data Hub.
If the country of your Organisation is not listed, please select Other and we will guide you in the manual onboarding process.
Registration in ONE Business ID
Visit the ONE BUSINESS ID Registration Page . In the registration form, select the location of your organisation. The contract language will be set automatically according to the location of your organisation. Click on "Next”.
Information about registration
Carefully read the instructions for registering your organisation account.
Click on "Next”.
Your data
Enter your data: set a password and take into account the password conditions.
Click on "Next”.
Legal information
Agree to the Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Check your email inbox
In the next step, check your e-mail inbox.
To complete the verification of your account, confirm your e-mail address and finalize the account setup.
Your account is set up.
Log in into ONE Business ID
Your account has been created.
To log in, use the credentials you have chosen and click "Next".
Multi-factor authentification
Set up the multi-factor authentication for your account:
Generate a one-time code (OTP). For this, you can use the application "Google Authenticator", "Microsoft Authenticator" or "Free OTP" on your computer or terminal device.
Generate a one-time code and click "Next"
To use all functions, it is necessary to verify your organisation account.
Step TWO
Send the Customer ID to us
With the Organisation ID we can prepare the next steps
for a smooth technical onboarding.
- Log in to ONE Business ID account
- Copy the Customer ID from your Organisation Management tab (you can find it below business customer information)
- Please send the Customer ID via e-mail to gis-support@cariad.technology
Step THREE
Verification in ONE Business ID
Your entered company information will be checked by Volkswagen AG. After successful verification you and your organisation can now use ONE Business ID for digital services like our Data Hub.
Verification overview and confirmation of entered information
Start the verification of your organization.
- Confirm the information you have entered
- Verify the organization via the registry portal/an alternative document in Germany, or via the VAT ID in other countries.
Click "Next“.
Verification of organisation and authority
Confirm that you are an authorised representative of the organisation or authorised to digitally enter into contracts on behalf of the organisation via the local market register or a power of attorney.
Status of registration and verification
Your organisation will be verified by Volkswagen AG within 48 hours.
Once your data is verified, you will be notified by e-mail.
Cookie settings
You can indicate your cookie settings preferences.
Successful verification
After a successful verification of your data, you will receive an e-mail notification about the successful verification of your organization account
You can go to the ONE Business ID – Portal to manage your organization there.
