What is OrMa about?
OrMa is a backend system designed to manage workshop orders from the dealerships (After-Sales domain). Service partners, such as dealers and importers, as well as various OEM software products, can access, edit, and refine this order data as needed.
The system allows for the updating and creation of new orders in the Dealer Management System (DMS) based on the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and selected (and priced) service packages, parts/accessories or labour positions.

Our data sets include the workshop orders existing in the dealership.
The user will also have the oppurtunity to create new orders.

The requests will be technically proved by OrMa (https://rwil-qa.volkswagenag.com/sp/orma/v2). You will get instantly a response for the information that the technical approval was passed. Afterwards it will be processed. In case of business errors, the consumers will get an error notification.
A separate API for the notification needs to be provided by the consumers for receiving order change notification by OrMa.
The data set supports all vehicle models across the OEMs product range from VW Commercial Vehicles, VW Passenger Cars, Škoda, SEAT, and Audi.
Currently, the data can be requested by supported companies that have a legal entity in the European Union. If your company is based outside the EU, please contact us.
The scope of the data usage is defined in the contract between the customer and the OrMa System.
