Checking for recalls is an important part of the business process in repair and maintenance as well as in the damage assessment of vehicles. Until now, this task had to be carried out manually, which required a lot of time and effort and was associated with a high potential for errors.

Our data product "VIN Recall" radically simplifies these processes. The data from current recall campaigns and relevant service campaigns for the vehicles of at present 6 brands of the Volkswagen Group are made digitally utilizable.You can easily integrate the information into your existing software solutions like

Damage assessors and further companies, who are involved in maintenance and repair of vehicles get extremely fast access to reliable and clear information.

Independent workshops can refer customers to the right authorized workshop as early as the appointment scheduling or vehicle registration stage. This saves a lot of time and effort as well as it can increase customer satisfaction.

Authorized workshops can also include the repair of the recall when scheduling the appointment and, if necessary, again before returning the vehicle to the customer.

In this way, both can incidentally improve their customer service.
