Driving digital transformation in workshops and retail
Volkswagen Group Info Services AG has joined Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0 as an official innovation partner. The collaboration aims to shape the digital transformation of the automotive aftermarket through practical, data-driven solutions.
Together, the partners will develop and test specific use cases – from automated vehicle identification via VIN and OEM-compliant repair planning to the integration of recall data and billing workflows into workshop and DMS systems.
